Deposit Refund Policy
A Final Note On Your Deposit
The £500 deposit is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of personal circumstances
- Inability to travel for personal, work or family reasons
- Illness, injury or medical emergencies
- Visa or passport issues
- Travel restrictions or flight cancellations
- Change of mind or scheduling conflicts
Your deposit secures your room within an intentionally limited intake of ten guests, closes the spot to other applicants, and covers the non-recoverable preparation that begins immediately upon booking. If you need to cancel after paying further instalments, refunds beyond the deposit will only be considered if your space can be filled by another guest. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
